Lemon & Life Sushi — Restaurant in California

I went for my birthday dinner with my dear friends and had a bad experience. My friend ordered a avocado roll and they didn't have it so they didn't bother telling her. She sat there and watched us eat. So after we all notice her sitting there with no food we asked and they said that they were out. So she then ordered another non meat roll and they never brought that either. The only thing she ate the entire dinner was edaname. They didn't bother telling her they were out of the second roll either. Ive been here 2 times in person and ordered food twice for delivery -the food quality is great but the service was terrible every time. It’s very frustrating when the food is of high quality ; makes me want to order only delivery. Each time I came in person I was there right when they open and there was one woman hostess and a single sushi chef. We could only order from the hostess but she only take your initial order then stay in the back. Let me start off by saying that my husband and I used to love Gen-kai and Jizake. We moved out of the area and, after many years, found ourselves settled in Ladera Ranch. We found Lemon & Life, and our sushi cravings can finally be satiated!! Their fish is fresh, the rolls are well crafted, and the people who run the place are super accommodating. We came by one night thinking they would be open for another hour, just to grab some takeout. Turns out they were only open another 10min, but took our order anyway!
