I placed an order for business stationary for a client towards the end of February. It took 6 1/2 weeks for them to let me know the stationary was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up they told me that I needed to pay for them even though my client paid for the cards before they were produced. They lost the record of his purchase and were in no way accommodating to help to look up the order. I still have not been able to pick up the order that I placed February 22nd and they have not responded to my emails. My family has been using the Service Bureau for generations because the stationary and announcements are the best in town. The actual service though is unbearable. I have sat down with a staff member on 3 separate occasions for a custom order when another customer will walk into the store and interrupt our conversation with the expectation that it is acceptable to be waited on when I’m in the middle of an order and the staff actually does help them instead of me.
