Overall, a fine neighborhood place for regular American style food. Nothing special food-wise, but the patio is wonderful to hang out in! WAIT TIME: Came in for a 1:30pm lunch on a Saturday. No wait time to sit outside. FOOD: I got the half sandwich Reuben combo with a bowl of turkey chili, and my partner got a bowl of turkey chili with a side of tater tots. The chili texture is a bit strange; it’s like a puree instead of a soup. Flavor wise, it tasted good though. I had to add salt and pepper to mine because I found it a bit bland but once I did that it was delicious. The tater tots were nothing special, just like regular from the bag, but they tasted fine. However, the half Reuben I really really liked! I loved that they put the sauce on the side so that I could decide how much to slather on my sandwich. SERVICE: Our server gave us time to look over menus and kept checking in on us. She was very attentive and very helpful! AMBIANCE: We were enticed to come here because we drive by the patio and it looked so wonderful. We were not wrong! It was so enjoyable to sit outside and appreciate the nice weather. They also have heaters for colder days it seems. Inside looks like a regular neighborhood pub; not as much my liking but the patio is where I’ll stay! PRICE: We spent around $15-20 per person, which is reasonable for a lunch meal I would say.

Terrible experience with carry out. I pulled into the parking lot and parked in the curbside spot as instructed by the txt and email confirmation. I texted the number on the sign to let them know I had arrived, and no response. A couple minutes later, I received a txt that my order was ready, and I will but still no sign of someone coming out with my food. I went inside to see if I could get my food, and there was a girl looking at her cell phone. I asked if my food was ready, and it was sitting on a table next to her. I asked if they got my txt, and she said the phones were down. Wouldn't you be monitoring the cars in the curbside spots, if that was the case? There were 3 other cars waiting for food, and I saw several other orders on that table, so I knocked on windows to let the other customers know they had to go inside to get their food. When I returned to my hotel room, I discovered there was no cutlery or napkins in my bag. Then I bit into my burger, which was supposed to be medium well (their online ordering specifically asks how you want it cooked) and it was barely rare (see photo). Complete lack of effort from this establishment.

This was boys' night out sort of. It started with a call from my older brother and trying to reach out to get me and my younger brother together because our spouses went to dinner. So we decided to go somewhere and out of the blue my sister's partner texted me to see what was going on. Long story short, we met and drove to Sportsmans Park to meet my younger brother. The restaurant is known for its turkey chili. I tasted my brothers it was good but had a little kick (spicy perhaps Shiracha sauce). I had the Sportsman's Burger with the steak fries. The fries were crisp on outside and tender in the middle. The burger was cooked medium the way I like it. It came with tomato soft cheddar cheese and thousand island dressing . This was a Thursday night, and we had a 30-minute wait. The weather was great 70-degree weather. we sat outside the patio till a table cleared. Our server was courteous and professional. Not a bad night for being spontaneous. Enjoy your night and spend it at Sportsman's Park.

We stopped into town while we were traveling to see a friend or two. We stopped in here to watch some football and hang out with our friends.

A lady came in, we will call her Becky, and we had a seat on either side of us. We politely let her know people were on their way, and they should be there shortly. She moved on to another seat at the bar. A few drinks into it, the bartender said it was time for shift change. Being regulars at more places than I care to admit, we get how it works. So we settled our tab and opened another. Our friends had not arrived yet and Becky was on her way out. She stopped to exchange "pleasantries" and made it a point to let us know our friends hadn't shown up yet AND that she hoped our defending Superbowl championship team lost. What a charming, no -judging, lovely Individual.

When we went to settle our 2nd tab, we were greeted with the drinks we had on it AND the first tab. We were told the tab had been transferred, although it had, in fact, been paid.

I would say, if you enjoy khakis, persnickety people and paying for your drinks twice, then this is your kind of place and should...
