This location has ripped us off so many times, I don't know why we continue to go back there, probably because it's the only Baskin-Robbins in this area, the other closed down years ago. Whoever this owner is, I can't find out the employees won't say, and they all looked very scared, like the store has received so many complaints, and I suspect they have been blamed so many times, but they're all scared to talk. As a former Baskin-Robbins employee, I know exactly how things work, and I know how much a hand packed quart of ice cream should be. They all have scales, but scales are easily fixed, manipulated, and then sent back to zero when someone from corporate comes to check on the store. Only the lowest form of life rips off customers in this way. Good owners and savvy employees always give their customers a little extra to keep them happy. But whoever owns this location obviously thinks that they're better off screwing people, in order to make a little more on their margins. But ultimately such tactics are always self-defeating in a service business. Bad business is bad business, and this is the one of the worst offenders I've ever come across. For years, perhaps decades this has been going on at this location, and since it's located in an upscale neighborhood, I doubt very much whether they get complaints from residents in the immediate area, who in this part of the country are conditioned not to do such things. But I have never been afflicted with such a conditioning, and I'm going to make it my business to expose this proprietor, because in my view he or she is a thief, and and I don't like thieves, especially when they steal from me. Read moremy friend placed a mobile order came in before pick up time to request whipped cream and a cherry on one of my shakes. in less than a minute was asked for proof of order 3 times by both workers after explaining the first time my friend placed the order and i was having her send me it. when i asked about the whipped cream and cherry she looked at me said it’s an additional charge and i should have put it on my order. the mobile app clearly states for online orders or mobile orders cherry and whipped cream will not be on unless asked for i went in ten min prior to our order being finished and when i showed the the email she said “oh well it’s not supposed to be picked up till 1:45 but since it’s done i guess it’s fine”it was 1:36 and my order was already in a bag and ready. not to mention there were 2 ladies there and one was just standing off to the side on her phone while the other one finished an order. the attitude and unprofessional service a little...

It wasn’t the most appealing place given the garbage and ice cream spills on the floor, however my mom was craving it for her birthday. We ordered our ice cream and the cashier tried to charge us for 2 extra ones that we never ordered or received. As soon as we walked out the door, my nephew dropped his ice cream. He was so upset and in tears. We went back inside to show the woman at the register just for her laugh and tell us it’s not “her problem” that he spilled and recharged us for everything. Ok….
