I bought a pair of sneakers that I tried on, but didn't walk around in at the store. When I got home I put them on and discovered that the gel insole was not at all comfortable, felt like a rock, so I decided to return them the day after I purchased them. The cashier asked if It had the tag, which I didn't, but I did have the receipt. She said she had to see if they had a pair on the shelf. She took her time doing so. When she came back to the register, she asked me if I wore them. I told her just long enough inside my home to find they were not comfortable. I Just Arrived At This Store 32 Minutes To Close (Which Is 8pm) & Hated Every Moment Of My Experience. I Just Needed One Thing , (Skinny Girl Liquid Syrup) And Had 4 People , 2 Employees And 2 Others Who I’m Assuming Were Customers Continuously Tell Me That I Had To Hurry Because The Store Was Closing. And Yelled The Amount Of Time Each Guest Had As They Entered After Me. Needed some dry shoes after working in the rain....found some flip flops on clearance. Had several size 10 shoes on clearance....great time to check them out with season change. Two pair for $13.
