Subway — Restaurant in Florida

It's nice and clean but the staff is pretty rude. If you have an actual family (more than one person ordering) go elsewhere, they're apparently not interested in taking more than a single order, which is weird considering the money such orders would bring in. Good luck, management, making quotas with your impatient rude staffers chasing customers out. We didn't deserve what we got. Been out of going inside any restaurant or building since Covid and I can easily go back to not eating Subway again. Sad but here we are. Maybe the kid working the desk should find a job where he doesn't have to deal with actual people. You're better off going to Publix, food is better, they don't put just a single piece of meat on a foot long (he really did), and the workers have their big boy pants on. He is making my kids suffer for such a pathetic meal, unforgivable....

On June 1 AM, 2023 I ordered an Elite Chicken % Bacon Ranch sandwich including all toppings. When we got to the toppings I had noted that there were 2 containers of lettuce one of which looked wilted and had brown spots. I asked that the fresher looking lettuce be put on my sandwich and was told they had come from the same batch. I continued to request the fresher lettuce and was told it was the lighting that made one look different. After 3 or more rounds of this back and forth, I knew I was not going to have my sandwich "Subway My Way". I didn't, paid for it and left. Incredibly, incredibly rude customer service. The Subway at Colony in The Villages, Florida is the worst I have ever eaten at. The last two orders I placed were not good and the bread was too hard to eat. The attendant had pants on that he constantly pulled up and his underwear was exposed. When I came in, the only one in the place, he was on his cell and not behind the counter.
