China Gourmet III @ Colony Plaza — Restaurant in Florida

I love Chinese food but this is the most disappointing lunch I’ve ever had from a Chinese place. The crab Rangoon was chewy and when I opened it up there’s absolutely no trace of crab. (Reference picture) I ordered hot and sour soup and it’s so bland. I also ordered bourbon chicken and asked them to make it spicy - there is no spice added at all. I asked if it had broccoli in the dish and the lady confirmed. There were only two small pieces of broccoli on the side- so she didn’t lie per say but usually dishes come with more than that. The rice is mushy and poor... I wish I could say the customer service was good to have some kind of excuse for the bad food but there was none to be found. I’ll never go here again- save...

I picked up an outgoing order and I was very disappointed. We ordered expensive dishes. The most disappointing was shrimp with the lobster sauce. I have never had shrimp with the lobster sauce with carrots and peas and black beans. It was horrible and sickening. After I ate it, I wind up growing up my guts. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not be returning. I will find another place. We also ordered five dishes of different things and one of them were disappointing. I have to say the wonton soup was cold And we hated the chow mein and even the lo mein because of black beans. The worst dish was the shrimp with the lobster sauce. They did a great job...

Not as pictured. Ordered shrimp and lobster lunch special in a white sauce to go. Open up in car was a clear sauce that tasted like unflavored gelatin. Did not give me the egg roll pictured either. After some resistance to refund my money and keep the food. Lady at counter was rude about me bringing it back. They replaced it with sesame chicken that I have had many times at other Chinese restaurant. The picture showed lots of broccoli. About 50% of the picture and a pile of sesame chicken. Lost lunch time waiting. Open up box in car only to find only two pieces of broccoli and most of the clusters of chicken had no chicken at all. Will not recommended ever. Still...
