Today was my first time eating in this establishment. I have very severe allergies and have to be careful of anything that I eat, and how it’s prepared. When I went to order, I asked questions about the food and then asked if things could be special prepared for me. The lovely girl at the counter, Michaela (hope i spelled it right) was very patient with me and I was about ready to not eat anything because I wasn’t sure what they could put together and I didn’t want to inconvenience them. She called her manager, Lisa, who was absolutely wonderful! She asked me specifically what I could eat and then she prepared the food Herself. Making sure to open new items, and moving it away from the bread and such so there was no gluten contamination. I am very thankful that they are such wonderful people who understand the frustrations of eating out with allergies.... when Lisa brought my salad, it was made perfectly, and then as I was eating both of them came to check on me. This was exceptional, extraordinary service and I so appreciate it. I will definitely eat here again and let everybody know of the care that is taken when providing delicious food for their customers....
Read more2/6/24: I wanted to provide an update on my original review. The owner, Lisa, and manager, Tanner, responded immediately to the review with a corrective action and path to a resolution. They were handcuffed with their loyalty program due to an inconsistent supply of the SWAG in their loyalty program, something out of their control. They were patient and kind and focussed on resolving the issues I had. They say it is not how you fall but how you pick yourself back up that matters and in this particular case they did a tremendous job in reestablishing my loyalty to them. I have adjusted my star rating accordingly. Great job Chicken Salad Chick! original review======= Nice place for lunch with alternative choices over the usual burger. Reward program is poorly managed. Exchanged points for a large cooler on June 23, 2023 and they keep saying check back as it was not in stock. Going on 7 months and growing tired of them telling me to check back. They need to honor their program or risk a BBB false marketing complaint...
Read moreMy second time going here. The food was good, but the service could be better. My first time going they had accused a woman of not paying that had done a call ahead order until they finally found the receipt behind the counter.
This time a few girls from the office called their food in and when we got there they couldn't find our orders. We went ahead and just placed them again and waited for our food. We got 3/4 of the orders and waited for the last. Someone finally asked if we were still waiting after about 10 minutes and then went and got the last order. It had been sitting there on the counter the whole time...
Hopefully they can improve on this because it seems the problems stem from call ahead order. Maybe a better system needs to be in place or the current system needs to be...
