Staples — Local services in Lady Lake

This store doesn’t even deserve this one star for a review. First off their website claims to have a print ready the same day if you order before 2pm which apparently doesn’t apply to this location. I ordered an 18x24 poster for my wedding and when I arrived home to frame it I discover that the poster actually measured 18 1/4 x 25 1/4. I couldn’t even cut it down to fit without cutting off part of the design. So I call the store and have to hold as if this local store is an 800 customer service number. Once I finally get an answer the gentleman had an attitude like what is he supposed to do and no intention of helping just quick to pass me off to the girl in the print department. The transfer turned into a 20min hold to then me have to call back and have my name an number taken and never have received a call back. If this department is so popular, then hire the appropriate number staff so people can receive accurate work and customer service...

Today I had the most amazing experience in Staples ! I went to buy a new printer and was torn between HP and Epson... Greg came over to help me with my decision. Hands down Epson he said ! Explained everything behind his suggestion. He was very knowledgeable on all the printers! The he told me if I traded in my old printer I would get $30 off the new printer !! I also had brand new ink for the old printer that he could return for me and apply that credit as well !!! Greg is an exceptional salesman !!! I ran home, got the old printer and ink to trade everything in to Staples for a new Epson EcoTank printer ! Greg's level of expertise and salesmanship is absolutely incredible ! His customer service is without a doubt beyond spectacular ! Greg went above and beyond to make me feel very appreciated as a customer! I will always seek him out when shopping...

I’m extremely disappointed with Staples. I attempted to order a large batch of business cards—3,000 in total—but was shocked to discover they’d only print 1,000 cards of the same design at a time. When I asked for a solution, they bluntly informed me that while they could print multiple sets of 1,000, each set had to feature a different design. This arbitrary limitation feels like a deliberate punishment for customers with large orders.

To make matters worse, the customer service was outrageously rude and dismissive. Rather than offering any help or alternatives, the staff acted as if my business was a burden. Their lack of effort to accommodate my needs or even keep my business was astounding.
