Cullen's Babyland and Playland — Local services in Lafayette

Too bad there is not a MINUS FIVE. They have the absolute worse store manager, staff and customer service I have encountered. They are of the opinion they are the only store in Lafayette for baby furniture, which they are not. However they do NOT warrant their defective product. The manager is rude an disrespectful. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEPOLORABLE STORE. If you want to check the merchandise, see what they have, THEN ORDER ONLINE. I guarantee the service you will receive is better and the quality of the merchandise will be guaranteed from an online seller. I will never shop...

I was underwhelmed by my first (and perhaps only) experience at this store. The prices here are OUTRAGEOUS 😬 I included photos of a Lego set they had for $399. We looked up market value and it was $329 on the Lego website and $289 on Amazon. Not to mention the prices on many other things in the store; and the sales girl saw me looking at a stroller (the newer version of one we already own) and was trying to tell me that the newer version is much more expensive than they used to be. It felt so good to walk into an actual toy store… my almost two year old was in heaven!!!! And it was priceless to see him walking around checking out all the fun toys!!! They have such a great selection of non-character toys which I appreciate… simply good ole classic and new classic toys!!! Definitely plan on stopping in here through...
