Legends Johnston — Restaurant in Lafayette

What a horrible experience!!! Showed up at approximately 545 PM to enjoy a nice meal and a few cocktails to celebrate my birthday. There were 5 other customers, and 3 employees in the building. Noone on the patio. There was no greeting as we sat ourselves (party of 2). Tables were dirty. Ignored until I approached a staff member to place our order. We ended up moving from a tall table to the far side of the bar. Our drinks came and so did the bill for entire order. NOT COOL! Had to ask for straw too. When the food finally showed up, my order was wrong. Cook said he must have misunderstood. Yes you did.. Returned to the kitchen to fix it. He just took it off the plate and rolled it in wrap and brought it back. Needless to say, it was awful. But he did offer more dressing to help wash it down. Never saw a staff member again. Female bartender's friends were across the bar from us and they all seemed to be having a fun time. Got a lot of attention. They were loud and talking trash. We were totally ignored, and once we had enough, we just walked out. NEVER TO RETURN!! We live around the corner and have visited this location many many times. We want to love it, because it's so close and has food, drink and indoor/outdoor spaces. BUT, this is not the first time service has been terrible. Prices have gone up, quality and services down down down. So sadly my neighborhood bar and grill is not a place I will frequent again. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves and need to do better for your older patrons. I guess old money isn't as good as young money. If I could give negative stars I would. What a nice way to sour...

Legends on Johnson Street has a laid-back atmosphere. You can dine inside are outside. My friends and I like to get together at Legends once or twice a week to chill, visit and have a couple of drinks There is a wide range of dishes. Their burgers are spectacular and their Caesar salads, with or without protein, are absolutely delicious as well. Actually anything served here is delicious. Their staff is friendly and inviting. I recommend this spot to anyone. Eat and be Happy Acadiana at your local Legends...

Haven't really eaten much they're so can't really rate the food, but as far as the service and the atmosphere I really enjoy it. I love the outdoor seating area and they also have cornhole upon request. I don't know about anyone else but I think it's fun and I kill it so don't forget next time you go to ask about it. Pricing is fairly decent and it doesn't get much better as far as their staff and customer service. So, overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a chill but...
