What a fun place! We went here on a Saturday night. It was $20 per person for unlimited play, and they were open until 1 AM. We were asked at the register if we would like to put an order in for food. We got fried mushrooms with a house made spicy ranch and nachos with a side of jalapeños. The nachos were more gas station vibes but still good. The mushrooms and sauce were awesome. Both food items were reasonably priced, and they brought the food to us directly to the game we were playing, but there were also tables to eat at. There is a bar in the back with a great selection of beer and liquor (they even have Steve Austin Broken Skull in a can, and Garage Beer on tap), and alcohol can be consumed either at the bar or in the game room. In the bar area you can even play games on the TVs while you sit! The whole place is decorated extremely well, with a large selection of games (Mortal Kombat, NFL Blitz, Donkey Kong, Mario, etc.). I would say this is a fun location for date nights, going out with friends, birthday parties, and even going solo. Most games have the option to be played solo, or PvP. For introverts who still want to socialize, this would be a spot to check out. We went as a group of 6 for a triple date and stayed for about 3-4 hours. We...
Read moreSmall yet great barcade. Mostly arcade classics with some modern rail shooters and 90s fighting games. Full bar with cocktails. Had the Inky and it was solid. Four or five beers on tap but a good selection of bottles and cans which are mostly microbrews. $20 entry and the arcade is free play, no coins required. Bar side has a couple console games set up which is a perfect place to hang out and be social. I didn't try any of the food but it seemed to mostly be decently priced apps. Also family friendly, I didn't see anything M-rated in the main arcade.
Went here on a date night and had a great time. The two staff members working were very kind and helpful. This is a nice little gem in downtown Lafayette and worth...
Read moreBlocked me on Facebook after I let everyone know that this is the most expensive barcade within a 400 mile radius and you can just go to Indy to play for free with several hundred more games and better atmosphere. Everyone I know was excited when we heard there was going to be a barcade in town thinking it would be a $5 fee for all day play but to hear $20 is absolutely insane. We all car pool to other towns to play for a lot cheaper. Free barcades even let you bring in outside food. This one requires it be specific restaurants. Lol so many restrictions and rules for a small local business. They are banking on local folk that don't know any better. Won't be around long. Terrible...
