This review has been a long time coming - Can I just start by saying, these guys really are the best around. My husband bought my engagement ring from them 2 years ago. We've had nothing but great things to say about them ever since. They worked with us from day one - ensuring that everything was perfect (and I mean that, PERFECT). Worked with my husband to make sure he was completely satisfied with his purchase, down to the last fine detail. They have greeted us with smiles and treated us like old friends since the day we met them. They know us by name, and don't rely on a computer or customer number to look us up when we visit. I don't have to send my rings away for a week to have them cleaned and inspected, they do it on the spot - and they do it right. They have even started servicing jewelry that was not purchased from them. Forget about the big chain jewelry stores, you won't find a place like this in any mall. Great place to buy and have jewelry worked on. I have had a ring worked on and have bought a couple of pieces from them and they always great me by name and treat me as we have been friends for years. The ring that they sized for me was rose gold( which was not purchased from them) and they explained that the didn't carry rose gold and I said that yellow gold would be fine since it was going to be a small amount on the bottom of the band. Went to pick it up after they called and said it was done, and to my surprise they said they ordered some rose gold and solder so it would be perfect for my wife. Bought my husband a nice ring here. Had a flaw the manufacturer acknowledged but returning it cost me $40.80 even though they acknowledged the manufacturer mistake. The ring that came back was way too big. Feel off his finger. They tell me they can size it but it will cost me another $40.80. They said maybe his finger size changed. In 2 weeks? We handed you a ring that fit. Shouldn't we have gotten back a ring that fits? And if you care about your customers don't make us pay shipping twice when we didn't do...
