The guys in the copy and printing area (James and Gary) were super helpful. I ordered over 20 spiral bound training manuals and when I brought my USB into the store they took the time to try to figure out which would be the most cost-effective way to print. Then they helped me get my files in good order and checked and double-checked that it was what I wanted before ordering. The manager helped me find a great price. In contrast, I had called FedEx before to ask for an estimate for their services and not only did they give me an outrageously higher price, but they also discouraged me from coming into the store for help printing. I stopped at this location today to get a new office chair and was very happy with my experience. First off I would like to thank the employee Parker for their excellent service. The store had a bit of a rush while I was there and only a couple of employees but Parker helped all the customers and got my chair out of the back while the other employee was helping with a more indepth transaction. Doing so while being very pleasant and polite. The store was very clean and organized. The office chairs were displayed so you could make a more educated purchase. Went in to purchase an office chair at the Staples in Lafayette Indiana. The same exact model of chair was on sale at staples website for $138 and was $299 in the store. Asked a store employee is they could price match with their own company and was told that their GM wouldn't approve a price match. I told them they lost a customer but they didn't seem to care. Tried calling Staples customer service number to only be told you cannot file a complaint. Way to go staples for your great customer care. I plan on posting this complaint to multiple platforms and will not be doing business...
