I cannot recommend Preston and Headwaters Woodworking highly enough! I initially reached out to him after another company botched a media cabinet I had commissioned. From the very first conversation, I could tell Preston was different—his knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for woodworking were immediately evident.

We were completely in sync about how to design the cabinet, and he confidently promised delivery by Christmas. However, due to a last-minute issue caused by a misunderstanding of the shop drawings I provided, the project was at risk of being delayed until February. Instead of leaving me in limbo, Preston went above and beyond to make things right—he worked tirelessly and delivered the beautifully crafted media cabinet the week of Christmas, just as promised.

The finished piece, made from lightly stained white oak, is absolutely stunning—solid construction, flawless finishing, and elegant craftsmanship. Not only did Preston deliver an incredible product, but his customer service has been top-notch. Even after the delivery, he has stayed in touch to ensure our satisfaction and has even provided tips on keeping the cabinet looking its best.

Preston was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a very specific thing and couldn’t find it anywhere. I found his page on Facebook and figured it couldn’t hurt to reach out.
