Every time I go to Igadi I have left a $3-5 tip for my budtender, which feels like a good amount to offer. I went to Igadi on Feb 3rd 2025. I am so disappointed by what happened and how it was NOT handled. I recently had surgery and I've had a lot of intense pain, and I'm on medical leave without an income for the next 2 months. I was seeking some things to manage my pain, and it was costly, but I still had plans to tip my budtender as I always do. I told her my situation. I asked her if I use my debit card, does it give me all of the cash back? I didn't want to select the no tip option if I only get $2 back, but I needed change to offer her $5. She KNEW my intentions. She confirmed I would get the money back as cash. Then I got $3 handed to me, and $20 charged as a tip to her. I was very upset, and she did not make any effort to refund me or make it right. She acted like she needed to explain the card machine to me again (which I think it's clear SHE didn't understand it), and she refused to fix it. I went home in tears. I sent an email to Igadi that evening, it's been a week now, and I did not receive a reply. I checked my junk mail and can't find anything. No one should be over charged, and furthermore treated like it's their fault...and that's a risk that you will be taking at this place. Edit: the manager reached out and offered me a refund, which I appreciate. I hope if this happens again, the employee takes the initiative to get a manager on behalf of the customer and process the refund...

overpriced but usually tasty concentrates. except for this one time the sour og tasted burnt! as if someone put food in the oven burnt it, and then someone (me) consumed it. the worst shatter id had in colorado to date. called the manager and he said there was nothing he could do about it. but a small discount on my next one. so this company is okay selling bad product and forcing the consumer to eat their mistakes, will never shop here again. keep your discount. its still higher than elements in boulder which is where i will shop for concentrates from now on! Update: sorry after reading the label again youre right it was sour tangie, but everything else stated was valid! it tasted burnt, not terpy, terpines are flavorful. a drop is added to increase tastieness, this tasted like you extracted all the terpines and left only dabbable burnt product. i dab everyday. visit dispensaries from everywhere. the next day i took your product to ibake denver blew out my first dab and disgusted everyone in the room. all of your claims about this sour tangie were not correct in my expierience. I invite you over to my house in lafayette to take a dab of your own product off of my enail at a low temperature if you think im making a false claim. i have some left. im smokin concentrate from another dispensary right now. very tasty! but if im right, you owe me a damn gram!

Frustrating experience today. I placed an order through the app and clicked the option to pay by credit card. My order was sitting in front of me at the counter with my card in the machine before I was informed that only debit cards are accepted at this time. I asked why the option is available online if it is not actually an acceptable form of payment and the employee stated that they were working on getting credit back as a form of payment. That’s great that you are working on getting it back. However, if it’s not actually an acceptable form of payment then 1 it shouldn’t be listed in your app as an option or 2 maybe consider informing your customers before they come in. I had no other way to pay, that’s why I chose the credit card option today when I created the order. I’ve been a loyal patron of this location since they opened and I left feeling very frustrated at the poor communication from an otherwise fantastic dispensary. I do feel bad leaving a 2 star review because I love this dispensary. However, I would like other people to know that credit isn’t actually an option so they can avoid an experience like mine.
