Me and my wife were greeted by Heather, the Sales Representative, when we arrived at Home Furniture recently this week. Heather was very easy going and answered all our questions that were asked. For her just becoming a sale representative at Home Furniture in January she was very informative and knowledgeable. Heather was not pushy at all like other sale representatives at furniture places which is something me and my wife were so happy about. Heather thank you so much again. We will be back again and hope to buy again with you !

Shannon, in finance, was very helpful with explaining everything we needed to know about the financial aspect of buying our table and couch. She even gave me some pointers and information about credit and how it works ( Im a young adult still learning the credit world and how it works 🤨). Thanks Shannon for everything as well!

Home furniture has so much to choose from as well as GREAT prices. The prices were hard to beat as me and my wife had went to a few places in Lafayette and weren’t that happy with the prices and the sale representatives being so pushy. None of the representatives at Home Furniture were NOT pushy and that’s honestly what us customers want. Me and my wife got to look around and do our thing while Heather was ready for any question we had. They even had a huge clearance section which was a plus for us since we were on a budget😌

The man who helped us with our sectional really listened to what I was looking for and stayed in our price range and was just all around amazing! I really want to brag and I mean BRAG about the delivery guys. I really wish I could remember their names but there was a trainee and the guy training him. The man training talked his trainee calmly about every step. Glided through our with easy with these 6 BIG pieces (which I was super nervous because other things that we have had delivered to our house from other companies either needed doors took off or damaged the floor, frame, porch or damaged the produced) but NOPE! They went and explained thoroughly how everything works, how if we want to take it apart and stuff. They were so patient with us. Even after all said and done when they were leaving the even noticed the truck put a little ruts in our yard (which I was not worried about because that's the only door it could of came through and it's been raining a lot) they went and stomped them back down. Could barely even notice it. Will totally be going back again. And if the owners or whoever read this please praise those guys for me. 10...

TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a mattress back in April and was told I have a 30 day sleep trial to decide if I wanted to keep it but that’s all I was ever told that I had to sleep on it for 30 days first. When I called back at 60 days I was told I could return it whenever I want and didn’t have a time line just a $175 restocking fee (I was not made aware of any restocking fees). When I called back just over 90 days and decided to swap it for something not as firm I was told I was outside my sleep trial (90 days) which I was not made aware of at any point of the purchase or on any of the phone calls with the salesman. I asked why I was never made aware of this and why the salesman never mentioned this on any of our conversations because I would’ve made sure to return it within the 90 day period if made aware.
