Pioneer Trading Post — Local services in Lafayette

I absolutely love this place.. and the lady there was very nice. She was on her phone at first speaking to the owner, so we were about to leave after having a quick look around but she reeled us back in and apologized profusely. I told her I was interested in finding a music box, and she showed me this incredible horse carousel that had a beautiful melody, and was in near perfect condition for a mere ten dollars!! She rang me up without tax due to our wait and was just the sweetest lady. I love pioneer trading post, so many unique and rare collectables here. Will be back to seek more vintage music boxes...

This place is enormous for a 2nd hand store. Like there HAS to be literally whatever u could be looking for. I spent 1 hour in there the other day and couldn't even finish half of the store as they do have a fantastic inventory. I took my time to go thru slowly and see everything they had to offer and must say it will be well worth the returning trips just to finish...
