Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Lafayette

We order a blizzard and shake. Paid at window told to drive up behind another vehicle on the side and they will walk it out to us. As soon as we’re driving up the other vehicle drives off. Including us there was 3 white SUVs waiting for food. Worker came out with blizzard. My husband says we had a shake too. She says ok I’ll go get it. Worker from window then comes empty handed and says I didn’t give y’all the shake. No you didn’t. Mean while a few people have ordered and left the drive through. One guy comes out to deliver food to another vehicle and stares at us. To see what idk. Then a FOURTH worker comes out with the shake and before handing it to us looks in our vehicle as she says they said they gave y’all the shake already. No they did not. I guarantee they gave it to the vehicle that drove off before us. They can surely go look on their camera and verify that we did not get the shake. 11-6-20 about 8:35 pm. It's been 3 weeks and I never heard from customer service after reporting this place. I went over there and ordered french fries with no salt and when served they were cold with salt. I told the manager that was near the window and she had an attitude but gave me another fries but had very lil in the box with lots of ketchup inside the box and were cold again. I told her a 3rd time she gave me the same lil amount with alot of ketchup stuffed in the corner of the box..I was upset then. I got out my car went inside the restaurant and told her a 4th time. The manager was about to serve me some fries but I heard one employee say she said with no salt. Then she fixed me another fries. ..very unprofessional business when customer service doesn't even respond to your email and I made that complaint...

Had to come and update my last review which was good. But i had a horrible experience with them recently. I ordered two of the strawberry kiwi arctic rush drinks with our combo meals.. so i usually love those because im a huge fan of frozen drinks. So we pull up to the window and this woman hands us two cups with water full of the strawberry and kiwi syrup mix but not frozen. I ask her if we can get the actual frozen drink and she proceeds to give me a bad attitude and says "this is how arctic rush drinks are made, and i can't change them" uhhhmm yeaahhhh noooo lady!! Ive had these many times before and i knew they weren't just a cup of water full of syrup. Well she definitely made sure that i never EVER come back to this specific location again. WORST...
