There needs to be a ZERO STARS to rate the employees at the LaGrange Harbor Freight store! They are THE nastiest people I have EVER tried to work with and I am one of the nicest people in the world to everybody! Anyone who knows me knows that.

I will never ever step foot into another Harbor freight just because of people like 4 of them that work at that store...3 males and 1 female. I had just renewed my membership, but I will cancel it and get a refund after I place my call to their corporate office on Monday, 3/18/24.

There is enough grief in this world everyday without having to be treated abusively by "ill-minded" people being PAID as "customer service" employees at such a large chain store! We have been "members" there for MANY YEARS. I will never give them another penny of my hard earned money! I am going to look at it like the divine forces kept me from "losing" a $100 investment after the sell. That is EVEN HARDER TO DEAL WITH with those people in that store! And not just from ONE isolated instance either! These feelings occurred over the course of an entire WEEK! And outright "ugly" circumstances with 4 different occasions and 4 different employees! They should ALL BE FIRED, as they are a DISGRACE to Harbor Freight!

I will close with this...I have NEVER given but ONE negative review of ANYONE OR ANY BUSINESS IN MY LIFE, and that was a fast food place where we found a roach bug in our milkshake! Believe me, this is FAR WORSE THAN EVEN THAT!!!

BEING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE my whole employment background of 51 YEARS, I KNOW HOW IMPORTANT treating your customers is! Without your customers, there is NO NEED FOR YOU TO EVEN OPEN YOUR DOORS!

I will give my business and loyalty to companies like Home Depot and Tractor Supply, who still appreciate their greatest asset...their customers! I would rather spend a little more money and get the treatment I deserve as a valued customer than pay LESS AND BE TREATED LIKE DIRT UNDER SOMEONE'S SHOES!!!

NO, YOU WILL NEVER GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO TREAT "ME" LIKE THIS AGAIN! AND I HOPE THEY DO EXACTLY AS I PROPOSED THEM TO DO AND THAT IS FIRE YOU ALL! I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GIVE NAMES!!! YOU DO NOT WANT NOR "DESERVE" THE JOB YOU HAVE AND THAT IS SERVICING "THEIR" CUSTOMER!!! "THEY" ARE THE ONES PUT IN JEOPARDY BY "YOUR" ACTIONS AND NASTINESS! All they have to do is look at other reviews to see this is a constant problem at this store!

And if I were your employer, you would absolutely NO LONGER HAVE A JOB! I would not PAY YOU and your "arrogance" to treat MY CUSTOMERS like indignant and ignorant classes of people!

YOU ARE the embiciles, the DISEASE! So disrespectful!!! You THRIVE ON BEING AS UGLY AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY BE to innocent people like me who are just looking for a little help... You have NO COUTH!

I am not yelling when I use all caps...I am only using them so as to make an emphasis.. i do not have to yell! God does not like "ugly". And He gets very upset when you "intentionally" harm any of HIS CHILDREN, especially the "old" and "aged" ones!

The ONLY THING THAT EXCEEDS YOUR ARROGANCE IS YOUR IGNORANCE!!! YOU WILL BE HUMBLED BY HIM, I GUARANTEE IT. You might "get away with" treating me the way you have chosen to treat me, but KARMA WILL TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!! ...and you cannot escape its wrath!
