J Burger N Wings — Restaurant in LaGrange

I will NOT be returning to this store. The guy at the register is rude as hell. I ordered a Shrimp po boy and it had a lot of onions in it. As I am pulling the onions out I see a string of short hair. I called he asked me to bring it back. I took it back and he immediately started saying that "they" don't have short hair and accused the hair to be mine. He threw the food in the trash and still proceeded to be rude and continued to insist that it was mine. When I asked did they have any sauce for the sandwich. He told me that they will fix me another one. When I asked did they have any sauce for the sandwich he addressed me with "WHAT" AND GRABBED A HANDFUL OF MAYO trying to be funny. When he told me my food was ready he insisted that it was my hair. I told him the hair was in the sandwich wrapped around onions how could it be my hair IN the sandwich when my hair is in a ponytail. He tried to say the hair was curly but you could Clearly see that the hair was of ASIAN decent. He then pointed to a sign and told me that it is against policy to bring food back and I let him know if hair is in my food I'm gonna bring it back! As you can see in the picture, he has short hair. I even asked why the hell would I drive across town to have the SAME sandwich made. I will not be back. They don't respect...

(-0)Let's just say J Burger n Wings in Lagrange will never get my business again. Went there today to order 6 hot honey lemon pepper wings and 2 of their Philly egg rolls. I called and placed my order at 1:10 and went to pick my food up at 1:30, but they told me it would be another 10 minutes. Once I got my food and checked it, I realized the egg rolls weren't the stuffed egg rolls I expected based on the picture online. I didn't open the package, and the two small egg rolls for $9 were unacceptable. I asked for a refund because the picture showed something different, and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. The Asian dude at the front counter was rude and disrespectful, yelling and refusing to give me a refund. He tried to keep my money and snatch the plate with my wings out of my hand. I told him I was keeping the wings, just give me a refund. He refused and continued to try to take my food. I told him to give me my money back, and he threw it at me. I threw the 6 wings back at him in his face. The cook lady tried to walk me out, and I told her I didn't need an escort. She continued to try to escort me out and pushed me out the door, which led me to push her back into the door. They are very unprofessional, and I will never go back or suggest...

The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is because the food I got was great. Everything about the service needs attention. I ordered online chicken fried rice and pay for it in advance expecting to get my meal when I arrived in the allotted window which was about 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived about 25 minutes and still had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get my order. The person at the register already had my order on the paper but didn't turn it in to be prepared until I got there. REALLY??? So I'm sitting down with my drink waiting for my food and I'm the only customer in there when my food comes up the guy at the register yells out the order as if there's a bunch of people in there and he has to talk over all of them.
