Laguna Coast Pottery — Local services in Laguna Beach

Been coming to this location for many years...under the 2 older ladies who ran the business. Recently, I purchased several cement birds for my garden; apparently they were not made of concrete/cement but of a cement/apoxy-type material. I had them in my garden approximately 3 weeks...just 3 weeks...and they started to crack & crumble...one of the birds had large chunks breaking off, the other 2 cement/apoxy birds showed deep fracture lines where they also began to fracture & crumble. I called and told them of the problem...later had to drive way out of my way to Laguna Beach to return them for a refund. I would have appreciated a little apology for all the disappointment & trouble I had to go thru, not to mention the expense of returning them...would have been nice. Don't know that I will trust future purchases to not result in same issue...cracking & crumbling....

I highly recommend this nursery vs the one across the street (Laguna Nursery). I stopped at the worst "nursery" I have ever come across to purchase some beautiful wind chimes. After a horrific experience, we left and went to this nursery across the street (Laguna Coast Pottery). I not only recommended this nursery because of their product selection, but mostly because of service. We spent well more than we were looking to, and would do it over again because it is of value and principle. Choose this nursery over the other 1000 times over! Well done and look forward to...

Husband and I stopped in on our way to catch lunch after a beach day. I can’t tell you how many times I have walked and drove past this pottery shop without stopping in, and now I totally regret I hadn’t all these years! They have so many different types of pots, plants and fountains. Everything is also very reasonably priced. I’ve been searching everywhere for a specific type of pot for our entry way and found it right away. The gentleman who helped us were so nice and down to earth. We will definitely be back...
