We were 8 months pregnant with our second child when our landlord said we needed to move in three months because he was selling the home we were renting. Besides being totally overwhelmed, we had no direction in our housing search; should we rent or buy, go for our dream home or be a fiscally conservative, downsize or expand. This was the state in which we met Meital. She completely dedicated herself to finding our family a home… not just a house.

She began by showing us the full range and then was able to hone in on our feedback to narrow the field to “our style,” something we hadn’t even been able to articulate ourselves.

She also did not try a steer us towards what would make her profits bigger, but what really fit for us. For example, she took the rental option seriously and showed a ton of rentals that would have clearly meant a tiny drop in the bucket for her given the amount of daily effort she was putting in for us.

Additionally, as an absolute personal loving gesture, she became buds with our three year old which afforded me the capacity to quickly assess a place and move on to the next. Her warmth made en enormous difference, as one can imagine that schlepping a 3 year old around to 5 viewings a day while 8 months pregnant is hardly anyone’s idea of fun.

We landed our perfect home when Meital called us to tell us that a fantastic home had just come on the market. She was able to get us in immediately, even before the broker’s preview. Before anyone else had a chance to bid, we had already put in an offer and were in negotiations. She knows how to maneuver things to put her clients at an advantage, which is essential in this cutthroat real-estate market that we all have to navigate.

During the escrow process we had our second child and Meital basically made everything happen. She responded to every inquiry immediately and thoughtfully and even kept track of all of the things that my “baby brain” was not able to. She connected us to solid insurance and loan professionals who came through during an intense family moment when we struggled to follow through. Meital was present for all of the inspections which meant a lot to us given our family demands. She made it all happen in the end.
