I bought the most beautiful ring there a few years back and the price was SOOO reasonable. I get so many complements and for the price (I think maybe $18) it was a steal. I love love going in there to browse on their AMAZING REASONABLY priced clothing and jewelry. Every piece of clothing has been well selected by their buyers. I’m a local so I can browse there anytime. If you’re visiting it’s a must go as you can find beautiful clothing and jewelry for such great prices. They help the homeless with their proceeds so you know when you buy their it’s helping someone in need. The owner has a heart for reaching out and helping those that need it most. So rest assure whatever you buy you’re not only getting amazing clothing it’s helping those in need. I love that. It’s a win win. Avoid this store! They refuse refunds even for unusable products, and this happened within less than 24 hours of purchase! I initially bought a ring, but when I got home, I couldn't figure out how to put it back together (apparently, it's a puzzle ring). I hoped someone at the store could assist, but no one could solve it.

After struggling, I managed to find something else in the store and asked for a refund for the remainder of my purchase, but the store owner showed no interest in helping and didn't agree to the refund. I understand if they have a policy for changing one's mind, but this was about returning an item that couldn't be used because it didn't mention anywhere that it was a puzzle ring when I bought it. Extremely disappointing. They gave me store credit, but I have no intention of returning...

I was in town with my 14 year old granddaughter and could not wait to show her a place that I have always loved Laguna beach. Her Aunt has lived in Laguna beach for many years and has always praised her welcoming community. We were appalled by the way we were treated today by the older women, asking us to leave our crossbody bags along with a small twig bag at the front of store for others to possibly take??? You had no problem with the blond women in pink sweatshirt with large black hobo bag nor her friends that she was shopping with ,so you cannot possibly say it was a store policy....
