I love love love this bead shop. It’s so cute an has such an amazing vibe the second you step in. All the staff are super kind and help you get what you need. The only reasons on why I have this a 4 star instead of 5 is how you shop the beads and some jewelry. You have to take a tray and but the beads in the small bags and total up the amounts yourself. I would have appreciated instruction because the first time I shopped I carried the beads in my hand and had to go back and put them in the baggies after the worker said she could ring me up unless I had the tray. The other reason is because I have bought 2 rings form here because all the jewelry they carry is adorable. I spent over $60 on the two rings and within a week they both tarnished, turned a copper color and made my finger green brown which took 2 days to come off. I even payed the extra fee to get the “gold plated ones”. I have other rings that are gold plated and didn’t tarnish. I’m very shocked to read these reviews saying they experienced terrible service. There were three girls in there today and it was a very busy day. All three of them were so sweet and kind. The one girl helping me I didn’t catch her name, she was very helpful and attentive even though she was also handling another customer. She multitasked very well and helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted. I made just a basic pearl bracelet with a simple clasp, i was on a time crunch and wanted to pop in and check this place out and wound up making a bracelet super quick. I would definetly be back! Love this Bead Shop until I went in and wasent helped and I ask to be helped they ignore me and then said I was acting intitled . I spent 150.00 and all they cared about was looking at phones and telling me I’m rude. All I said was when I came in it would be nice to be greeted and if your busy great but no way to tell who wrking at shop. Not friendly no wonder they get 4.1 . If I was rude to ask for help and then just treated bad . I won’t be back. I did apologize and I said I guess you girls just don’t communicate well. And the older lady said I didn’t give her time.
