My wife and I came to this beach site today in Laguna Beach. I never been to Laguna Beach area so this was my first experience. It's basically find street parking here and you can pay with the Laguna Beach Parking app to make things easier and secure. The max time limit is 3 hours so be aware of this. We thought Anita Street Beach was pretty nice, we found some shade under a house or outdoor patio so we set up under there. It didn't have the best of smell but over time you couldn't smell it. There wasn't a lot of people at the beach in the beginning but then they started coming in the afternoon. There was also a lifeguard tower near us as well and we were set up next to the Tahila stairs.
