Smallest Walmart ever. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES!!!! worst of any other Walmart. Up "Manager" Adriana regularly accuses and harrasses customers, has been seen quickly becoming frustrated and yelling at a customer who was only asking for help to find an item but because the customer spoke a different language, Adriana lost her temper. Poor quality for a manager. I have personally filed complaints against her. She is truely not fit to be manager of anything and may need to be psychologically evaluated. She INSISTS that she "knows me" but she is completely and totally mistaken. Due to her lack of professionalism and absence of character, she has verbally and physically harassed me in public on multiple occasions! Going as far as coming up to me while i am in line to make a purchase to say slanderous comments about me so loudly that anyone in a 7 -10 foot radius could clearly hear. But what makes me feel most uncomfortable, turely insulted, and at times even fear for my and my family's safety is when she stopped me as I was leaving the register and having just paid about $120 I was rightfully looking down at my receipt checking it for errors while walking toward the exit when she stepped in my path impeding me from my destination (which was my now-ex-husbands car in the parking lot, who was picking me up) a bit stunned from the sudden stop I looked up and found Walmart Employee Adriana completely blocking my path to the door. She once again started spouting off slanderous comments and repeating the same rhetoric about how "she knows who I am and knows what im doing" I was shocked And at a loss for words as I couldn't believe what this woman was actually doing. I just threw my hands up in the air and stepped back as she plunged into my cart and was elbows deep digging through all the items I just purchased as well as my personal two bags: my purse And a reusable shopping (go green) bag I had with me that contained other items that I purchased earlier that evening. I had items from CVS, Target, and Home Depot in my bag because I had walked to all those stores before going Walmart and since I didn't have a car to store the items I had no choice but to bring them with me. She was laughing to herself and smiling proudly as she pulled my belongings out of my bag and piled them into a nearby shopping cart that was quickly whisked away by another employee she was giving orders to. Now needless to say I was furious and felt violated. Told her she was stealing from me But she just ignored me. And long story short I wrote down her name and short description of her(I would've taken a picture but my phone was dead) she told me I would not be getting that stuff back because she claimed "I stole the items from her store" mind you the items she made this statement about were a half finished coloring book, a bathroom fixture that was a brand strictly sold by home Depot complete with the H.D. logo on the package, some makeup from CVS, and a couple shirts and dog treats from Target. and to top it off... I had receipts in my wallet to accompany these items. The store was closed already and I was extremely uncomfortable being there alone with this out of control woman.... So I told her I would be back in the morning to get my stuff back and talk to her supervisor and she was laughing and told me good luck and that the next time I set foot in her store I would be arrested. The next morning I went to reclaim my belongings, and to my disappointment, were no where to be found and there was no footage of the incident on the stores cameras either. How convenient. Sorry for writing a novel for a review but I feel like this horror story should be told finally ( this happened in like 2016) but I feel it's relevant now because it's come to my attention that she may be the STORE manager now. Which I truely to be scary and dangerous for our community. If this post gets deleted I'll find other places to post it. And I hope no one else will ever have to go thru this Walmart twilight...
Read moreDo not plan on going to this Walmart if you are expecting to get everything you need. They are almost guaranteed to be out of what youâre looking for. And out of stock for several months. when there is something I need from Walmart, and itâs out, I have kept going back to check to see if itâs in stock. And still every item is always out of stock. Even though this store is busy, Iâve been to busier Walmarts that have items in stock. Every time I visit. It seems like every other isle is blocked by a cart with product to restock the shelves. Strange that they are always restocking at any day of the week and any time of day that I visit, yet I canât find any item that I want. Iâm not trying to find something that is super common or very rare to find. I could understand the argument why that would be out of stock. But why is it that every time I visit, I can only find 10% of my shopping list. Also the employees are hard to find, never offer to help. You think they would offer when itâs taking you a long time to find something. Sometimes when itâs obvious youâre searching for something, but donât want to bother asking for help because the employee looks like they donât want to be bothered. They just want to finish restockingâand get bothered enough by customers. So I respect that and try to leave them alone. When you find an employee that isnât restocking, there is always a line or group of rude people trying to be the next person to be helped. Several times when I asked for help, an employee told me to go to the isle that the product was on and they would meet me there when they were done with what they were doing. Then after 10 minutes of patiently waiting watching the employee help several other people, I go back to the employee and they act like they never helped me in the first place. Forgetting their promise to meet me at the other isle. The whole store seems crowded. Every isle you go down looks so messy like a dollar store, or a tornado mixed products up. The checkout area is so cramped. Lines are long, and flow into the main isle. Blocking foot traffic. Four out of eight of the card readers at the self-checkout, do not read the chip in your card (and therefore wonât read the magnetic strip). Has been broken for over a year. Such a trashy Walmart in a supposedly mid to upper class area. Too bad the next closest Walmart is far away. Sometimes I want to buy something right away, but I dread going to this Walmart. I put off the purchase or just buy it from Amazon. I buy 98% of stuff from Amazon. Most of the stuff I get from Amazon, Walmart traditionally used to have, for sale or was in stock. I use the Walmart app, and it does not show if the product is in stock or not. You can still check out/spend your money on the app. But beware, if you try to buy something for PickUp (ready 4 hours after you order); after 3 hours and 30 minutes of waiting for the notification that your products are ready, you will be informed that the item is ... you guessed it... out of stock! Wish you wouldâve found that out from the app. Go to your internet browser. After 15 minutes of trying to figure out how to find out if something is in stock at the store you want to look at, youâll eventually be able to see that important information. But forget doing that on the app. I am a very patient and calm person; and I very rarely write any reviews. With that said, you can trust me when I say that this Walmart is AWFUL. This review is of my experience of Walmart...
Read moreI have been coming to this Walmart for about 6 months now, and I must say It's definitely one of the better Walmarts out there. However, tonight I went to this particular Walmart around 8PM. It wasn't very busy and I still was unable to buy what I came for. I needed a new seat post for my e bike and It looks like they have them but there is no one in the bike area to help or unlock the cage where they appear to be locked up. So I took it upon myself to figure it out on my own. I had to inspect one of the floor displays to see exactly what part I needed because apparently there are 4 parts to replacing your seat and the seat post for an e bike. Well I ended up running out of time so I just grabbed some snacks and a drink and headed to self checkout. Paid for my items had the door lady inspect my receipt and left the store as I'm walking away from the store I am approached by some black suv with all its lights turned off and was pulled over as I walked to my car. Now I'm assuming I'm assuming these were some Laguna Niguel Gang Unit, or Drug Unit, or I guess now the Walmart shoplifting Unit. They jumped out of there black suv with some mean looks on there faces I guess in an attempt to frighten me. But long story short they tried to accuse me of stealing and they claimed that Walmart said I stole something from the bike department. Which after being harassed and ran through there cop computer I was obviously doing nothing wrong so they had to let me go. As I walked away one of the officers says to me that Walmart doesn't want me back in there store. Well I guess I won't shopping there anymore. So overall a terrible experience at Walmart tonight and a very unpleasant harassment stop by these bullies that somehow still have jobs as Orange County Sherrifs... go figure ... so I give this Walmart and the local law enforcement two thumbs down. I will never go back to the Walmart again, and will never utter a positive word about our police department after this huge mistake by them both. I Should also mention I never received an apology from either of them. Shame on you Walmart and your dirty cop friends. Go find some real criminals to bust, and leave us hard working...
