This rating is solely for the help that we received from Harry! In going to the Irvine location first, we were warmly greeted by him where he immediately asked for our names. We came in to try a very specific model that was not available in other show rooms. He graciously took the time to get to know our specific needs as customers and also asked us about ourselves. As we were deciding between the low cost alternative to tempurpedic, he understood that cost was a large decision in our buying decision. With this in mind, he showed us a few different models that weren’t as costly and was patient in giving us the space to decide. We were upfront about the fact that we weren’t going to buy on that day of , and still this did not deter him from extending his help. After receiving his help, we visited the Laguna Niguel location solely to get his help again. Purchasing was a breeze! We told him exactly what we wanted & the was there to help up get out much quicker than I anticipated.
