I love their formal attire and tailor services. However, some of the staff both upper management and lower sales personnel need continuing education classes with regards to customer service. Unfortunately, shopping at Walmart is a better experience than shopping here. The staff watches and follows their customers like they have dropped by to steal rather than shop, it's creepy. Customer service was great, the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in specific. When looking around I was guided directly to what I needed. The customer service employees knew every tuxedo, shoe, tie, and all other clothing items by name and color. When looking at shoes I was greeted by a kind man, he spoke his name and told me that if I needed anything to call for him and he would be running on his way.
