Horrible Boots, Even Worse Customer Service
If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of “waterproof” steel-toe work boots for over $200 from this store, and within four days, they were completely useless. I wore them in the rain—not standing in puddles, not walking through deep water, just regular rain—and my feet were completely soaked.
When I brought this issue to the store, instead of owning up to selling a defective product, the owner tried to blame me. Apparently, it’s my fault that “waterproof” boots couldn’t even handle a light rain. After going back and forth, they finally agreed to take the boots back—but only for store credit, not a refund. Since I had no other option, I ended up getting a few pairs of jeans instead.
Bottom line? Terrible boots, terrible service, and zero accountability. If you expect quality products and decent customer service, this is NOT the place to go. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend...
