This was the absolute worst experience that I have even had with a birthday party! From the start our host was NOT friendly at all. He never even told my daughter Happy Birthday. While I was setting up, he was in and out which was fine. But when kids started to arrive, he would disappear for extended periods of time for the duration of the party. I was handing out socks to the kids, but the parents still had to wait to sign in or sign the waiver and these 5- and 6-year-olds are having to wait to be able to play. When I booked the party, I specifically stated that I was unsure of the number kids that would be there and if I should leave it at 10 and add the additional kids later. I was told that was fine and that additional water and party favors would be included with the additional fee per child. When additional kids were added that apparently was too hard of a task for the host. The first issue was he was adding all kids on the parents' accounts even though not all those kids were present. I had to ask for additional scratch cards and was told "I think you only get 10" He did eventually come back with a few more but not enough for all the guests. I had to explain to him that we should be receiving additional water bottles for the additional kids. I have 19 kids and their parents sharing 10 bottles of water!!! I ordered 3 additional pizzas which the order was not put in correctly but eventually did get the corrected ones. I was the one unstacking the additional chairs from the corner of the room and setting them up at the tables. I was the one passing out pizza. I was the one passing out plates, cups, and napkins. My mother and I were the ones removing the empty pizza cardboard trays, cleaning up and throwing away the trash. I was NEVER able to leave that room due to having to be the host it. I did not get to spend any time with my daughter at her party! This was by far the worst experience I have had with having a birthday party for her. And the “solution” by the staff was to give me a free play pass for my daughter… I am not sure how that would be an acceptable being that I believe that was going to be given to...
Read moreMy children received a six month pass for Christmas from their grandparents. This has been the absolute BEST gift. In the 6 month period we went probably 15 times. on their first visit they each received a pair of socks. With each visit they received a card with a free snack (popcorn) and 1 free slice of pizza. This place is perfect for my children ages 4 and 9. My 4 year old is still too short to do a few things like the go carts, the fly zone, and the ropes course. But she does everything else. We now have the summer pass, which is not as good as the 6 month membership pass. They don't get a slice of pizza or popcorn at each visit. But it's what we are doing currently. I find either plan better than paying for a daily pass which we brought a friend along one time and for her to have a full pass and socks it was right at $50.00. We have saved lots of money with the pass for them. Lake Charles, LA needs places for children and this place is perfect. My only complaint, is that the bumper car area could be...
Read moreLet me say this ,the very 1st visit was AMAZING. Staff was AMAZING,FRIENDLY,HELPFUL. IT WAS A BLAST.
Now our 2nd visit was not so great. And I say that because of 2 staff members. 1st staff member stopped my 2 kids from getting into the dodgeball area….ONLY 2 kids were in the dodgeball area. It’s a big area. BUT when my 2 kids wanted to enter he stopped them. He said no because the other 2 kids were girls and one of my kids that wanted to enter was a boy. My kids wanted to play TOGETHER. Not play with the other 2 kids. He eventually said they could get in,not before denying them first. He only let them in ,when I spoke up and started questioning.
2 encounter was when I asked for 3 slices of pizza ,and the girl rolled her eye because she had to go in the back and see if they had more pizza coming out. If you don’t like serving folks ,why are you working that area?
I hope we get an experience like our 1st...
