I have been going to Mod Squad for more than a year as my primary vape shop to get juice. I’ve been more than happy going there and up until now would have given them 4 stars. They generally have good customer service and decent tasting juice. Lately, however, I’ve noticed in juices I get from some of the employees that there is very little to no taste, if not even a burning taste (my coil is fresh, that is not it). I’ve talked with a few friends and they told me that there are a lot of people complaining about the quality of juice Mod Squad is currently selling. My girlfriend got juice from there, and she gave it to me saying it gave her heartburn. Looking at the juice, it is clearly not made properly, it looks super oily, destroys a coil, and is flat out not vapeable. When I tried my girlfriends juice, it gave me heartburn, a stomachache, and a headache. I have been told by a coworker that a couple of her friends got sick after vaping juice from Mod Squad. YOUR JUICE IS MAKING PEOPLE SICK, and i have a hard time coming back to the shop that I’ve been coming to since I started vaping.

DISCLAIMER: not all those who make juice at Mod Squad are bad, some of the employees are great, and an older gentleman that works there (I apologize for not knowing his name) frequently makes the best juice I have ever tasted. This shop is awesome! Kenny, the owner, helped me out and got me completely set up with everything I needed. Both him and the other employee working there today had positive and friendly attitudes and created a great vibe for the store. Their conversation made it feel lile they had known me for years despite this being my first time in, and I could tell they made their other customers feel the same way. The experience was very personal and pleasing, and I left feeling like they really wanted to help me get what I needed unlike a lot of other vape shops. Don't go there unless you know everything about vapors before hand and don't mind buying before sampling, even after asking to sample! The man asked me if I wanted regular liquid or another that I didn't know about so I asked him what the difference is his response "Since you don't know ill just give you the regular." Not bothering to explain the difference to me. And they were not busy at all only one other kid in there filling the entire room with his smoke. I asked to try the liquid he suggested and instead I'm just handed a sealed bottle. Not cool will not...
