Subway — Restaurant in Lake Dallas

My star has changed from a 5 star to 1. I visit this store frequently, for it is right across the street from my house. I ordered subway today at 5:15, it was set to be picked up at 5:30. When I arrive they are busier than usual, so I wait patiently in line 30 minutes go by, still in line. He starts to get more frustrated as more customers walked in, and told them "you know there are more subways in the area that you can go to". As he now has frustrated the customers they go ahead and leave. He gets to us and asks for my order, I reply with I have placed an order, he rolled his eyes and said "really". I said "really". Says that the order isn't even made yet, so I figured he would go ahead and make it. He puts on his gloves, and says what can I get you. I said my order, well he sent me to another Subway to have my order made, and said he would send my ticket over and never did. I go ahead and go to the Subway inside of walmart, the manager was working so I explain to him about what happened at the other subway. He asked me if I could pull up the order and I did, he went ahead and made my order right there and sent me on my way. The most uncomfortable sandwich eating experience of my life. I usually prefer an actual sandwich shop but unfortunately Joey O's was closed. My sandwich was fine, tasted as subway should taste and quite honestly it was a well put together sandwich so kudos to the employee on that front.

While I was ordering, the employee's phone kept ringing the entire time. After I had my food I sat down to eat and they finally picked up the phone which turned into a verbal argument with someone on the other end. It was pretty heated but I guess this was a normal thing for them knowing I was sitting down eating. Luckily I was the only one in the shop but I had to get up and leave it was so uncomfortable...

just now It's a shame you call a place about a price and availability on a party sub platter. But then told they can't do it today because she is working alone after I just over heard on the phone ask someone else about the price. Then I called the the other subway across town and told they can't do it because she is by herself that her boss was at the other location I called first. Pretty bad when the boss doesn't even want to make money or there JOB. Party platters...
