I CANT BELIEVE THIS PET STORE HAS A 4.4 GOOGLE RATING . ITS NO WERE CLOSE TO THE HORRIBLE TYPE OF SERVICE I WAS PROVIDED. THE VERY FIRST TIME I SHOWED UP AT THIS STORE I WAS NOT GREETED NOR WAS MY VISITATION WELCOMING. THE TIME WE DID HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BIRDS MY WIFE AND I WERE IGNORED AND WERE JUST PROMISED A "WELL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY" . THREE OR MORE STAFF WERE WORKING THAT DAY AND JUST GOSSIPING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT HELPED AND IT WAS BECAUSE WE APPROACHED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FOR THE SECOND TIME AND INTERRUPTED THEIR LITTLE GROUP TALK. I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT NO INTEREST WAS SHOWN ON DEMONSTRATING THE BIRD WE WERE INTERESTED ON. ALL WE WERE GIVEN WAS THE PRICE OF THE BIRD ,NO WHAT TYPE OF CHARACTERISTICS THAT BIRD HAS AND HOW MUCH MAINTENANCE IT REQUIRED AND CONTINUED WITH WHATEVER THEY WERE DOING . (KINDA LETTING US KNOW ITS OUT OF YOU SALARY SO STOP wasting MY TIME TYPE OF ATTITUDE)MY WIFE AND I WERE FIRST TIME BUYERS SO WE WEREN'T SURE WHAT BIRD WOULD SUIT US BETTER, I DID HAVE BIRDS BEFORE WHEN GROWING UP, BUT NOTHING LIKE OWNING A COCKATOO OR A MACAW. I DID GOOGLE ALL THE BIRDS MOST COMMONLY SOLD AND I GOT VERY FAMILIAR WITH ALL THE TYPE OF BIRDS AND DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE.I DID SHOWED UP WITH MY WIFE AGAIN YES PEOPLE AGAIN, BUT ONCE I SHOWED UP ALL BIRDS WERE PUT AWAY AND NOT SURPRISINGLY WERENT WELCOME AGAIN, AND IT WAS MORE THAN ONE HOUR TO GO BEFORE THEY CLOSED THE STORE, TALK ABOUT BAD IMPRESSIONS. SO IF YOU ARE FIRST TIME BUYERS DONT GO TO THIS PLACE PRIER TO DOING A LITTLE RESEARCH AND IF POSSIBLE AVOID THIS PLACE . IF ALL THE BIRDS COULD TALK THEY WOULD DO A BETTER JOB ON SELLING THEMSELVES AND THEY ARE MUCH MORE PLEASING THAN...

Ive got to say, Im devastated by the way this place has been with me the past month. I brought my Sun Conure in for normal grooming, Nails, Wings and Beak like I have for the past 10 years. I walked in with a happy, healthy, beautiful, 10 year old Sun Conure and I left with a broken winged, bleeding bird. Since that day its been a nightmare. My bird has taken a couple nasty spills, I now have pillows all around her cage in case she falls, she has gone beyond just plucking feathers out on her broken wing. She is now eating her skin of the wing. Took her back to the Vet, and now she has a collar around her neck, kinda like a dog has when nutured, except upside down. I have to give her antibiotic drops twice a day. Its sucks to uncover my bird in the morning. Normally I uncover her to be greeted with Kisses and laughs and plenty of hello's on our way to the bathroom for her morning potty. Now its quiet trip and a balancing act walking there. What has always been a simple trip to the bird store for simple grooming by so-called professional bird groomers has turned into a nightmare by heartless amateurs. Since this day I been doing research and you would be shocked on how many violation codes Omars has. My bird will never be able to fly again, and I made a promise to her, we will have our day in court. DO NOT BRING YOUR BIRD HERE!!!!!! Even if your a longtime customer, go...

Do yourself a favor and do not buy any bird from this store. Take your precious time and business elsewhere. Short, hispanic lady in charge of the place is rude and unprofessional.

Came in wanting to purchase a $7,000 + bird (galah, barefaced, or triton cockatoo) but will buy my baby from someone decent. Lady was demeaning and acted like I wouldn’t be able to take care of it.

I would not be shopping for a cockatoo let along any kind of bird if i did not have the financial means, space, or time to care for one. Came in a bit before closing and she would not let me see the bird, show me a photo, or even take a quick picture of the bird in the back to show me. there’s no way you can have a beautiful cockatoo and not have a single photo of it in the store or on your phone.

instead she dismissively said, “you can look up any triton cockatoo up on google yourself.” if i am making a substantial purchase i would at least like to see what i am purchasing

She was Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I wasn’t aware you could talk down on people who are paying customers. the shop itself is clean and has a large variety of bird products, however please find a different store who treats all paying customers with respect through their entire open...
