They responded promptly to phone calls and emails, and proposed a solution to my "choice dilemma. We worked with Stevie Wren to purchase a Yellow Sapphire Eternity Ring for my wife's birthday. They were very responsive, friendly, and professional. We were worried that the ring might take longer due to the current pandemic but we were able to receive the ring even earlier than expected. The ring itself is gorgeous and looks exactly as described/shown on the website (except with 18K white gold) and my wife says it's even more beautiful in person.
