Target — Local services in Lake Forest

I have severe OCD so I get triggered by crumbs or loose pieces of paper and it causes big problems for me when I have to go to an environment I can't control such as the service desk area because there is a back counter area.

Because of this I was very nervous to approach that area and do my simple exchange just because a lot of times people don't understand I have OCD and I might ask for a crumb or loose trash on the floor to be picked up and given to me so I can dispose of properly because of my disease.

The young man working the counter was excellent I did ask him to pick up three little loose pieces of trash and give them to me so I could dispose of them properly the way I feel comfortable.

He acted like it was no big deal in all and I am truly grateful for that because sometimes people in other stores can be very nasty when you ask them to do something because they don't understand the disease.

I just briefly mentioned to him that I have severe OCD and he didn't question me or argue with me like many people have it other stores he just to accommodated me and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

I don’t think I’ve come across a Target that I don’t like…it’s just not possible! But I have come across certain Target stores that seem to stand out from the rest and go that extra mile, so to speak…and the Target in Foothill Ranch is one of the ones that stands out and has the “extra” factor! Mainly because of the staff, the selection, the ease of parking and cleanliness! Did I mentioned the staff here!? 😆They are all so wonderfully kind, patient and actually notice their locals and their regular Shoppers, both of which I am, and it feels good! I always seem to find everything I want and need and even things I never even knew I wanted, or needed, in stock, sometimes even marked down, and can’t recall a negative encounter in the 11+ years that I’ve been shopping at this particular store location. So for that, and for all things that encompass Target the perfect place to be next to...

The most DISGUSTING TARGET I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to some dirty targets. Bathroom disgusting trash overfilled bathroom trash and urine all over the floors. No bathroom check list been checked. Trash and things through general store and not restocked. Then came the lovely self checkout guy making an issue out of us having more than ten items even through we purchased our items separately stating we would have used ‘separate carts’ in order to use that line. So she stayed and paid and I went to the overfilled checkout counter and waited 20 mins because the aisle chapstick I bought went over my ten items. Is target in Foothills Ranch purposely trying to lose money and customers? I will NEVER SHOPT HERE AGAIN! Oh but the checkout lady was very nice. Doesn’t make up for the very terrible...
