Hobby Lobby — Local services in Lake Forest

Horrible customer service and Kyle B acts like a racist asking my son many questions about an item that was never used or opened however, he didn’t ask any questions or check the otger customer of a diff race return with similar items he didn't ask him not 1 question or check his items. That’s a form of discrimination. He should be fired asap! This person is a liability becoz if I decide to file a lawsuit there cameras recorded the entire ordeal. He is a huge problem for the store. He should have HR training asap… and leave his unprofessional racist behavior out of the store. This place is horrible horrible horrible! Worst customer service ever and the older woman always give me an evil eye look when ever I come into the store. It’s best I report my concerns to there corporate office this is sickening… each time I walk through the door all hatred towards me. They need to fire there store manager and clean house with there staff. She’s no diff from her staff with the lack of professionalism. I don’t recommend this...

I'm going to say I really like this place, But I'm going to say this particular visit( is strictly my observation and feeling because I have experience working in loss prevention)was not favorable I was watched although they weren't extremely obvious. but like I said I have worked in this field so I know "the drill". I'm new to the area so I'm not familiar with the store layout so I was all over all the place trying to find my items as I buy them regularly for my work . And I had quite bit of merchandise. When I checked out I saw the "usual set up," retail usually does to catch a potential thief and as I walked out of the store receipt in hand I made sure to acknowledge the small group of employees strategically positioned at the exit. I mean I get it but that doesn't change the offense taken by this again as I said I'm new to the area I hope they get used to seeing me there and will notice the amount I spend every visit. Don't judge a book by its cover or you just might miss out on...

We love this store! They have everything we need from decorating, sewing, crafting, and kids projects for church or groups! The store is well organized, and you can always count on a sale going on somewhere in the store. The store is always clean and well kept. They have a complimentary wheel chair for those in need. The employees are always kind and helpful. (When looking for something specific in such a big store at times, it can be overwhelming or distracting 😄)

We came with an extremely active 7 year old boy who insisted on asking every employee a question! They smiled at him, and each one had an answer .... he asked one employee if he knew who the Wright Brothers were. He asked another if she knew how to drive a corvette, and he asked another what the best color for a bicycle is .... Just a silly kid, and they each one answered with a smile!
