This used to be my go to grocery store, but the store has changed so has the energy in here, the workers here are unbelievably lazy and rude. when you walk in their all huddled and talking no one welcomes you in. I went in and asked an individual working there a simple question on a deal they were having and the guy goes “idk whatever the label says”. I do not know the guys name but hes an older guy and has grey hair and a beard. Unbelievably lazy during check out. There was an older individual needing help ring in an item and instead of the worker helping us out “mind you we were the only people there” he ignored us, and i ended up helping the older individual out. This store is seriously so disappointing and needs huge improvement the management here is terrible. Do not recommend to shop here, the energy in here is terrible. Plus they dont use gloves while reaching in to bag me some jojo...
Read moreThis was my store for 24 years. I just want to let everyone know that I shopped here because I found the quality to price ratio was the best over the years. The bakery isn't quite as good as it was in 2018 and prior because the baker they had was phenomenal, but he's gone now. I like the people who work here and I miss seeing them. The real Deli they have makes great food. They've saved my life more than once when I was late for a social function and didn't have time to make something. The produce here is first class. For many years, it was far better and less expensive than Walmart. If you are a connoisseur of meat, you can get a custom cut of any meat that you want. It sounds funny, but I've purchased some of the imported Mexican Talavera pots for plants at home. They do have some stuff a lot of markets don't have. The rotisserie chicken is very convenient for a last-minute meal....
Read moreI have been loyal to this store for over a decade and even when I moved I drove 3 hours (one way) to stock up on good deals. Raved to all of my friends. No more. I buy professionally by the case and buy at least a thousand pounds of tomatoes per year, bags upon bags of hatch chili's and so much more...today the Lake Havasu City store decided to charge me EXTRA for buying by the case....twice as expensive as what is out on the floor and didn't even bother to FYI me. When I asked about the extra charge they apologized and said theyd refund the difference....another 3 hour drive and they said no, it is what it is. For $30 of extra profit you have lost me as a customer and I will tell everyone. FYI Bashas sells me cases at half the cost of what they put on the floor. They will have all of my business from here on out. I hope the Havasu manager reads this, as well as...
