John Custer has been our property manager for our lake home at Lake of the Ozarks for five years. During that time, John has provided exceptional service to our family. Any time something at our place needed fixing, John took care of it immediately. There have been several times when John would give us a call and inform us of the problem that we didn’t know existed, and then immediately suggest ways of resolving the issue. He is a storehouse of knowledge and has lots of contacts on the site that enable quick and immediate repairs or a resolution to the problem, whatever it is. Anytime we call John, he responds to our needs immediately and finds ways to save us money on the repairs and follows through with what needs to be completed, and the calls us back to inform us the issue has been resolved. Since John has been our property manager, our profits and number of rentals per night have increased. John is like a family member as he is always looking to exceed our expectations. We have had both renters and workers on our property make comments about how much they enjoy working with John and his expertise in Lakehome management. We just returned from a 7 day family vacation at Peaceful Waters house, Lake of the Ozarks. The house was in perfect condition and very well maintained with fresh paint. The A/C was a rockstar keeping the house cool during the heat. The Martini patio was so cozy. Plenty of seating on the patio, deck, and inside. The kitchen was very well stocked!!! The neighbors were very friendly with very sweet dogs. The location was fantastic close to a bowling alley, food, and a grocery store. We went to a waterpark that was about 30 minutes away and very well worth it. Four Seasons Property Management made the stay very accommodating. The properties we've stayed at were all beautiful and very well maintained. After answering a few questions about what we wanted to do during our stays, John Custer was able to suggest just the right property to meet our family's needs.
