Lacks professionalism and class. Inappropriate behavior, verbiage, clothing, so on. Drama central. What you don't know is they talk poorly about their customers, even the ones who have gone there for years! Natalie, the owner, encourages a mean girls hostile environment. Natalie posted a video on Facebook joking about which of her employees gets drunk, has the highest body count and more.
If you want somewhere that DOESN'T make fun of you behind your back after you leave, promote and encourage infidelity within the work place, and have poor character, I'd highly recommend spa shiki, serenity spa, lafatas, infinity float or lake medical spa. Those businesses do a great job, maintain professionalism, and truly highly value their customers. If you care anything about moral integrity of the people and business that you give your money to, don't waste your money at NKS. I hope more and more people come foward to speak out on this as I'm learning so many have had terrible experiences as well
Ps- what happened was you flagged my review to try to have it removed and google temporarily pulled it down to make sure it fit within the guidelines. It was never actually removed silly. Also, I have been to your salon several times. I can explain what it looks like on the inside from front, all the way to the back where the office is and some beds, to the bathroom just ahead the salon chairs to the left side , to the counter top where you sell lotions and more behind ....yep....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to this salon a week ago and promptly left after being there for 5 minutes after watching a customer leave and the hair dresser immediately started talking bad about the customer & saying terrible things and other employees started chiming in. It is just so distasteful to see a place of business acting like this I had been coming to this salon foe about a year and I was so disappointed to see this. I personally debated even leaving a review because I don't like to shame businesses, but after talking with a few friends I learned that this is actually a common thing!! I'm so disappointed to see such a highly recommended place treat their customers, who spend their hard earned money, like this. I WILL NOT be coming back and will be letting friends and family know about this. Such a shame. You need to tell your employees to act better and to be respectful this was so distasteful, you should be ashamed.
Also I'm editing this since I can not reply to your response, to add I have no idea who taylor thomas is and what that has to do with me and I was in your salon last week so there's no need to lie about this but I'm leaving my honest review I'm not sure what you're talking about. Thanks...

Brandi absolutely killed it! It was her 2nd day I believe and she did SO great. I have VERY textured/curly/coily hair so I have had a lot of bad experiences in salons in the past. I felt very welcomed and Brandi was great at listening to my thoughts, tips, suggestions, etc. I had horribly banded & faded hair from previous black box dye and a SUPER brassy & grown out money piece that I had done months back, so it was a mess on top of being especially tangly when I came in. I had ZERO plan as to what I was even going to have done when I went in and she talked it through with me until we came up with a plan. I trusted her completely in this process and Iām so glad I did because my hair came out so pretty. Iāve gotten compliments every day since.
