I absolutely do not know where to begin. I am am VERY big on service and poor service is definitely a deal breaker for me. From start to finish I just knew I'd have an issue with this company and location. From the beginning our sales rep was extremely "car sales-ish". Justin is just ok, however, we were just another number to him. On the day of delivery our furniture was supposed to be delivered between 2-6:40PM. The delivery driver came at 6:21PM, with no notice of informing us he is on his way, which is policy. We have not moved in the home as of yet so I would need to know when they're on their way. Not too much notice at least 5min out being we live down the street from our new home. The weather wasn't that bad...however, the first thing he mentioned to me was "the last customer canceled due to inclement weather, do you still want us to deliver?". I said sure go ahead. He then proceeded to ask me am I sure? Your furniture could get damaged. "I replied, "isn't the mattress covered by plastic?" He then stated water can still sea through, the last customer canceled. The deliery driver just never wanted to deliver the furniture, His shift was ending and it was raining. I then called this ridiculous location and spoke to the manager Josh,John whichever his name. He pretty much was defending the driver. Once you sign the contract, they don't care at all. Trust me I'm the customer you never want to get on their bad side. I will as far up as I have to to be heard. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! I just purchased furniture from city furniture and eldorado.....5 star service there. I would say badcock say stay away from badcock and this location especially. I mean the name alone of this company seems not...

My Family has been shopping with them since they were there which makes me want to continue to shop with them until recently. I purchased a 75' tv from this location for myself and my Autistic nephew on 6/09/22, granted it was shown to me before leaving the store it was re-boxed wrong and put in my vehicle upside down. with screen facing down I got it home carefully open in and plugged it in and screen was cracked. It was too late to call the location, so I did contact the store the following morning and explained sent an email etc. Now on 6/14/22 I heard back from the location, the claim to spoke with office and it's my fault although they re-boxed wrong and loaded incorrectly I have to eat this which is completely unfair. His excuse was because I didn't have a box then he said it appears to be in the area where the foam was, all this time for excuses then they said they could take off the warranty which does nothing. I even tried to negotiate it to the fact they take $400 off the TV, and I'll get it repaired but they didn't want to respond at that point I was willing to pay, even if they lied to me and say well get it repaired and add it to the bill I would've have been ok with that but for the way I'm being treated I want my TV replace negotiating is...

I exchanged it for another bed, same exact price.When the new bed gets here , it’s missing the dresser, nightstands and mirror. Clair the manager didn’t tell me those items were out of stock. I finally get another set and I added a nightstand all paid in cash. I also paid in full for a box spring and two lamps. I opened my mail and there is a bill for 151.00 ,I spoke to several people about this issue and was told they don’t understand where the bill was coming from. Claire is the manager and she doesn’t know where the bill comes from. I would never send anyone to this store. I am so disgusted and disappointed with this store, and I have transferred my account to another store (Cherry Rd) where they were actually trying to get the answers I needed.
