I came in for wiper blades- I’ve never replaced them before so I removed one and brought it in. The guy I asked for help (young, long black hair) said “you don’t need any help, it’s just a brand preference”. He left it at that and I had to ask “wheeeere are they?” he just pointed me to aisle 3 and walked away. I go over there to realize they’re different sizes and that there’s different clip styles. I then am in the aisle for a good 10 mins trying to figure out what to get, and finally find it. I, again, have never done this before- so I bought two of the same size. I go to check out and the same guy just stares at me, then walks away. I’m confused whenI realize he walked to the far register without pointing me that way and was just staring off into the distance. I had to grab his attention again for him to say yeah I’ll get you over here. He sees me get the two blades of the same size, and I’m on my way. I learn pretty quickly that the right wiper needs to be smaller and go right back in to return it. I see him at the register and his manager is standing behind. I say my situation and the manager says “i got it” to the guy then walks to another register. I’m waiting for him to acknowledge me but the manager just looks at me and dramatically waves his hand at the counter.
After I return the blade, I once again go to the aisle with no assistance and find what I need, then check out.
I’ve never left a bad review in my life. I’ve worked retail, some days are just bad days. But my god, at least be respectful to me as a human. When I ask for help and am brushed off with “it doesn’t matter”, when it in fact matters, I can’t help but be frustrated.
I should also note that yesterday my wife went to get a bulb and the same guy was ringing her out. She stood in line for SEVERAL MINUTES as he looked at her, walked away to another register, and stared it her (sounds familiar)… and when the card reader said “error”, she had to keep saying it over and over “uh, the reader isnt working” while he just stared off until he finally said “i guess we can go to another one”.

Read moreWent in for a simple starter motor for my girlfriends moms car. Employee tries to upsell her mom some gaskets. He got argumentative once we declined. He wouldnt try to stop selling them. Even after I Tried to explain I had the gaskets situated. He then started trying to tell my girlfriend that I'm going to destroy her car and she should find someone new on and on just being a terrible person... Still proceeded to argue with me and said he had 9 years of experience building motors. So I asked him that's why he's still behind the part counter?... No response. I then tried to explain how rock auto previously sent her mom a part for a Mitsubishi made Mitsubishi part. Not a mitsuba made Honda part! He then tries to tell me that Mitsubishi, Honda, denso, mitsuba, and bosh were all owned by the same company. Dont go to lake stevens autozone unless you want the worst migraine...
Read moreIf I could give ten stars, I would. Came in with battery woes and received the most outstanding customer service I've had in years. Xavier deserves a raise, this guy genuinely loves what he does and was incredibly personable and great to chat with while he changed out my battery.
Nothing about my used 08 Elantra has ever been straightforward, and this battery replacement was no exception. Manager Mack got creative with his parts and tools, and managed to turn what seemed like a hopeless situation into a solution. I left pleased, relieved, satisfied, and smiling. (My defective CD player even works again after years of being on the fritz!!)
This is one happy customer here, LS Auto Zone will be getting all of my auto supply business here on out. Many, many thanks to...
