Union Coffee Bar @ Pioneer Station — Restaurant in Lake Stevens

I've been here 4 times and each time they messed up my order. This last time was the last straw. I asked for a 20oz dirty chai with eggnog cut with water. Apparently they are incapable of cutting eggnog with water. Even though I've order this before at other coffee stands. So i changed my order to dirty chai cut with water. She then ask if I wanted milk. I repeated my self 3 times that I didn't want milk, so she said "OK, just all chai" Humm no! Cut with water... So the drink I was handed was a 16 oz dirty chai (not cut). Idk what kind of Chai they used but the drink was grainy and tasted like cinnamon dirt.... Im not that picky about taste. I can't typically finish something I'm not fond of but I couldn't do this. Not this time. BTW.. It coats $5, everywhere else cost me $4 made right! What is wrong...

HELLO MY NAME IS MIKE JOHNSON AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO BOTH UNION COFFEE STATIONS FOR ALMOST 9 YEARS NOW YES 9 YEARS AND I'LL TELL YOU WHAT IF I DID NOT LIKE THE BARISTAS OR THE MOCHA I DRINK EVERYDAY I SURE WOULD NOT GO BACK, BUT FOR ALL THE YEARS I HAVE HAD GREAT SERVICE, AWSOME MOCHAS AND THE MOST KINDEST TALKING BARISTAS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED AND MOST HAVE BEEN THERE THE WHOILE TIME I HAVE BEEN GOING. EVERY TIME THERE MAY BE A NEW ONE THEY ARE JUST AS CLASSY AS THE OTHERS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH UNION STATIONS TO EVERYONE, OPEN ON TIME EVERY SINGLE DAY, ALWAYS A SMILE AND ARE VERY TALKITIVE YOUNG WOMAN AND THE BEST MOCHAS AROUND AND IF I COULD GIVE THESE PLACES 10 STARS I WOULD... I’ve a faithful customer since they opened the Trestle location, but Pioneer is my spot now. You know this is a great business as some of the baristas have been working there for years and they don’t have a high turnover. I love that, love getting to know them and that they know me and my kids. This place is the BEST. Not just the best coffee around (though it is!) but the best people. I always know the drinks will be perfect and there will be friendly faces which makes me want to go see them every dang day!! Love love my Union...
