The customer service could be a little better sometimes, but seriously?...IT'S A DOLLAR STORE, ahahah! Wondering what some people expect, Nordstrom?! These people do work hard and they probably don't get paid very well, so I don't know why some people expect them to all be glowing all the time. Honestly, most of them seem a little weary sometimes, that's about it. Anyways, I have been shopping at this location for 8 months and out of the 4 locations I have been to I like this one the best. 1. It's huge. 2. They keep it well stocked (I suspect this is part of why they look tired, also, there are occasional things that sell out fast and they might not have a restock available to them right away). 3. They have sugar free syrups that are really good and fun to use once in a while in coffee or baking, smoothies (if you can't do sugar or you're taking a break). 4. Great deal on balloons and party supplies, candy! 5. Holiday decorating is made more affordable. 6. They have a type candles that burn for like 24 hours or whatever and they actually smell great! 7. They're open from 8am-9pm! For some reason it says 10pm on here, but it's actually 9pm. 8. If you do your homework and shop smart, no matter who you are you can find a few things here to substitute for your usual purchases somewhere else (I guarantee) you will find at least a few things that are worth more than a dollar ( and even so, you probably don't usually just pay a dollar for them until you shop here ;) FYI, I have heard that the Arlington Dollar Tree is also awesome. Lastly, in the last 8 months I can't even imagine how many times I have shopped here, morning and night, so I have pretty much met all the staff. I saw that you could review because I was looking up there phone number. I had to call and let them know that i couldn't come back and get my stuff they held for me last night (I think something was wrong with their card machine thingie 'cause my card is fine everywhere else). Anyways, they had held it for me last night so I could come back in today. I had to call and tell them I have to come in tomorrow instead. (I don't expect them to hold it again, and never had this happen before). What I noticed is they weren't rude at all last night after I had $30 worth to hold and it was closing time with, more people in line. I don't know if there are really even allowed to hold overnight but they weren't rude this morning when I called to tell them I couldn't come today either. The map is wrong and Dollar tree is directly next to the Ixtapa (same building) on the map and not actually located in the middle of the intersection as this...
Read moreFreaking looove dollar tree, the only complaint I have over all dollar tree's that in general they have cool things that come in and once there all sold out they don't come back, I wish there was a way to order them or have a dollar tree online with all and everything they carried if it sold of course... But, I use to buy printer ink from the kent dollar store over 10 yrs ago and was never able to find it anywhere else or there after it sold out, and a few other things... But overall love them, can usually find lil gems and cheaper things that normally costs 3X as much. ❤️ I do like my local dollar tree the one I'm commenting on, they have super cool halloween decor and drinking glasses, and the staff is friendly. Lines can get really long, not sure if they under staffed but, that would be my only...

I understand they hire kids, but set some standards please. We tried to checkout and walked up to the register that had the light on, and the employee rushed to the register to turn off the light and then went back to chatting with their other employee, an older dark blonde lady. Then that person went to the back to hide. I don’t understand, we just walked out completely, I didn’t want to give money to the place, it’s going down on its own. If the store manager is reading this, I would gladly come in and identify your employee that’s hurting...
