Frontier Village S.C. — Local services in Lake Stevens

Frontier Village is in transition again. Sports Authority has closed so there's a large vacant retail area to the South of the complex. There is still McDonalds(which is hit or miss on if they are good or bad service or old food-I got OLD food from them last night and regretted pulling in there), Qdoba(should have eaten at QDoba over McD's since the price of a meal is getting pretty close with McD's charging more and more)Mod Pizza, Starbucks, Razzles Sports Bar, a Gyro/Greek food Restaurant next to the vacant Sports Authority is really good and all orders are prepared fresh. There's Bartell Drugs and a couple of banks, Safeway, Taco Time, hair cut places, tanning, etc. Contos Restaurant is a small family place with great food, generous portions for reasonable prices. Safeway Fuel is available across the street to the North of the complex. With the businesses and services available in Frontier Village it's traffic entrance and egress is inconvenient. Entrance from both Hwy 9 North and South and Hwy 204 come in between Safeway to North and the vacant Sports Authority with all the other restaurants to the South. However, you can not exit directly out the way you enter. Rather than being able to drive straight through to the light at the intersection of Hwy 204 and Hwy 9. If you try to head toward Hwy 204 you can only turn North instead of straight through the intersection. If you want to access the traffic lights, you have to route out through the North or South exits of the complex. The exits to the North have very small, difficult to maneuver through with anything bigger than a medium car. If you have a large truck or a trailer, swing wide and hope you don't hit the curbs or drive over the round about. With all this, Frontier Village is a busy place. Anyone who goes there more than once knows the deal on how to get out of it. There are quite a few new restaurants in there now....

I love Frontier Village! It is filled with a variety of stores, so much so that it's a one stop shop for me. It has a Pet Pros so I can get cat and dog treats/food, Ulta so I can get my hygiene and make up products, Safeway so I can do my grocery shopping, Verizon so I can deal with cell phone tasks, Mexican Restaurant so I can get my weekly Mexican meal, tire place so I can get my tires done, xfinity store so I can deal with my never ending Comcast/Xfinity problems, Starbucks so I can get my morning coffee, Papa Murphy's so I can get an easy take n bake pizza for dinner. There is a plethora of other stores/restaurants in this gem of a shopping center; TJ Maxx, MOD Pizza, Greek Food, Jewelers, Smoke Shop, Taco Time, Safeway Gas, Banking, Dentist 🦷, and a sports restaurant/bar that is great for groups, gatherings, or dining alone. The food there is delicious 🤤 their burgers are oh so good.

Safeway has great prices and great customer service, especially from the managers. The produce section has gotten much better with more organic selections and better quality. Save more with the my rewards program, and don't forget the gas points! The pharmacists are top notch and can answer many questions, even about over the counter meds and what a person might need. Pharmacy open until 9 pm on weeknights. Good selection of bread and cheeses. Explore the Safeway brands and o organics Safeway brand as many of them are just as good or better than name brands and at a cheaper cost. I especially like the o organics brand for various items knowing I'll be getting quality natural...
