If I could give them zero stars I would, my parents were treated horribly by the owner some rude lady they usually buy Menudo here this time bought two containers and one was good but the second one hardly had any meat more broth than anything. So they went to complain and the lady gave them an attitude saying they were basically lying horrible, and then had the audacity to tell them not to ever come back ! Wow people really need to learn some manners and learn how to run a f* en business. Go elsewhere.

The cooked food that they sell here is pretty amazing. The carnitas are easily very very close to Don Pedro carnitas( which are probably the best in the city) and are better than anything I've had in the area, including Don rafa. even the salsas that they sell here along with the food are top notch. Make sure to give yourself an extra 15 mins when you go as on the weekends there is always a line. Also the quality of their raw meat is very very high, whoever their butcher is, they do a tremendous job. You may think its just a small grocery store but the food here is better than any of the big Hispanic...

Don't waste your time money. The staff was beyond rude and the stories of the owners are sadly true.

If you (La Hacienda )are going to enforce policies makes that you make it clear to all your customers in written form. I honestly feel they undermine and rob many of the spanish speaking customers that frequent this establishment. You're better off spending your money with reputable businesses and with better owners.
