Worst experience my husband decided to bring home a cup of yougurt w fruit. So he got the biggest size i believe is a 32onz cup of yogurt w mango 🥭 The mango was hard as a rock my daughter choked on this mango my husband took it back to get a refund right off the back they told him NO and that they could do anything about it because he took more than 15Min to take it back. That excuse was soo ridiculous we don't live next to the shop so he has to drive back home takes him about 15 min just to get home. Immediately I realized when my daughter was choking on this mango soo scary event we took it back. They should NOT BE SELLING mango like that. I know is hard to know how the fruit is gonna come out but just by looking at the color and when they were cutting it they knew it was super hard. No way on earth they didn't notice this. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE SHE SAID WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WASN'T RETURNED IN THE 15MIN. Like yes we didn't returned it in that time frame because we were making the mango hard like a rock 😆 😅 sorry is our fault. Genuine refusal to translate their own menu, no rational reasoning for it, and depending on zoning regulations may not even be legal to do.

Ice Cream flavors are exotic, yes, but unless you google what they are and their flavor expect, no idea what you maybe eating of thisbis your 1st time or 8th time eating from here.

They have spent years profiling their customers based on if they "feel" like you speak and read spanish before you ask for the again spanish written menu.

A eatery this old this disrespectful to the inherently mixed culture instead of embracing it to potentially build a more exotic client list, which is nothing short of the definition of wasted potential in a city, in a state that openly welcomes the positive aspects of South American cultures, and their wonderous food.

The ice cream on paper should be a draw but in this 1 zip code, there are numerous places in the double digits that can serve you 99% of this same menu and better and they want to just put almost no effort into it.

Go some place else. You're going to be less confused and feel more interested in trying this ethnicities food...

The cups for a “large anything” yogurt related was $6.99. We ordered 2 yogurts and 2 elotes and we were charged $49 plus my husband let them have the change. I find it absurd about the price when it was written on the cup sizes and then get a price that crazy. I don’t know if taxes was what made it higher or was there something else behind that but it definitely made me uncomfortable for the price. It’s as if that assumed we were not going to tip and charge there absurd standard fee and finesse out service. My family tips every Hispanic establishment and we have never made a purchase that big without a tip. I hope this can be explained further for the prices and maybe in the future we can come back and spend honest prices for a...
