Explosive diarrhea was fun after consuming some chicken.. I normally eat home-cooked meals.. And yesterday I only had Nicky’s chicken… I am 100% sure that they are not making sure that is reaching its internal temperature.. or I had old chicken reheated.. whatever the case. I won’t be returning any time soon..
Chicken can fall off the bone while still being undercooked if it's been cooked for a very long time at a low temperature, causing the connective tissue to break down and the meat to become extremely tender, even before reaching a safe internal temperature, which is a major food safety concern; this is often due to improper cooking techniques like slow cooking on low heat for too long without checking the internal temperature. Key factors that could contribute to this issue: Low cooking temperature for extended periods: While slow cooking can produce tender meat, if the temperature is too low and the cooking time is too long, the meat can fall apart before reaching a safe internal temperature.
Over-marinating: Marinating for too long can break down the muscle fibers, causing the meat to become very tender and fall off the bone quickly, even if not fully cooked.
Bone-in cuts with a lot of connective tissue: Cuts like chicken legs or thighs with a high proportion of connective tissue can break down easily with long cooking times, leading to meat falling off the bone prematurely.
Not using a meat thermometer: Relying solely on appearance to judge doneness can be misleading; always use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken has reached a safe internal...

So I ordered online this time and guess what? It's even worse. I ordered a Gyro dinner plate and a Rib Tip Dinner....what I got was Gyro meat way too over cooked( they had to have cut the meat and put it on the grill plate)it was hard and crispy, the tsiki sauce was poured into the tray and was flavorless, the salad looked very old and unwashed. The Ribs are usually my favorite...not this time...instead of the diner I got the rib tip special which I didn't order, plus it was cut long and the meat was tuff I thought that I ordered it from someone else they were terrible. When we go in person they are never like this,I keep saying we need to cook at home and save money cause when we are tired and don't feel like cooking you should be able to get a good meal.these prices are ridiculous and we shouldn't have horrible food for the...
