I really hate to give one star reviews. But after several continuous mishaps, I think it’s warranted. The sad part is we’ve been customers for the past 15 years. When you first have their pizza it’s really good. But after a while as time goes on, it’s just meh. I remember there were a few times the last several months where the pizza looked so coagulated and unappealing. In the past several months, these are the mistakes that have happened. We have always ordered delivery. We were missing the extra large cheesy garlic bread. Another order we were missing cheese fries. Another order, the buffalo shrimp was ordered and they sent plain shrimp. The barbecue pork chops were ordered two different times. Both those times they were regular pork chops instead of barbecue. The regular pork chops are not as good. They don’t look appealing and are very plain tasting. When the driver came back to give us the new ones, of course we gave them back the regular pork chops, but the new “pork chops” were just slapped together and drowning in barbecue sauce like they were upset that they had to remake the order. I even enclosed the picture. They look like they’re just chicken strips drenched in barbecue sauce. They don’t even look like regular pork chops. I understand that everything can’t be perfect. Read moreIn response/add on to an earlier review. In understanding the food industry, it's two key parts that run the business besides money. The two parts would be great food and customer service. Which this establishment has neither. When ordering something there is a certain expection in how things should be delivered. Whether it's pizza or a nacho. When someone orders something it should be as if they ordered it standing in the restaurant. Being the customer( you know the consumer who is spending their money) I have a standard when it comes to the service. Now when calling to get the situation taken care of I shouldn't be greeted with a nasty attitude since I am clearly the one spending my money. I also shouldn't have a family member who is in their feelings and want to respond being nasty and rude. If you are in the restaurant business you need to have tough skin and great problem solving skills dealing with the public. Therefore I won't spend any of my money in this establishment. Oh by the way you need to be careful who you are talking to and how you respond to people. You never know what powerful position a person is in that can effect you working in the restaurant business. Read moreI placed an order for an Extra Large Pizza and an Extra Large Pizza bread. My order came out to be $40 tip incuded. Unfortunately, I never received my order because the delivery person called and I didn’t answer the phone. My phone blocks unknown calls so I didn’t hear the call. So after about 1 hour I came to my living room and cut the outside light on. I noticed that I had received a blocked call so I call the number. It was the Driver’s number. She told me that she left because I didn’t answer the call from her ! I ASKED IF SHE RANG THE DOOR BELL AND SHE SAID “NO”. “WHAT KIND OF DELIVERY PERSON DOES THAT ? AT SOME POINT COMMON SENSE SHOULD HAVE KICKED IN AN TRIED RINGING THE DOORBELL OR KNOCKING ON THE DOOR !!! THE PRETEND MANAGER TIRED TO CHARGE ME A EXTRA $5 DELIVERY.
