The light-skinned, skinny lady from yesterday was extremely rude to both my mom and me. Her attitude was completely unnecessary, and Iâm honestly so glad I didnât let her touch my hair. Youâve just lost a loyal customer who was planning to come regularly.
Iâm especially thankful I walked in with my momâbecause I can only imagine how she wouldâve been treated if I wasnât there. My mother even called you, and you acted like you didnât recognize her. You said, âOh! Is this your number?â when you clearly knew she was the one who called. There was only one customer in the shop with you, so itâs not like you were too busy. But even if you were, thereâs no excuse to treat anyone that way.
My mom is a paying customer and deserves to be treated with basic respect. Sheâs not your friend or your child, and you had no right to speak to her with that kind of tone. All she did was ask a simple question, and your response was full of unnecessary attitude.
